This Privacy Policy describes how DevFrame ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated at devframe.app, collects, uses, and protects your information. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google account:

• Email address — used to identify your account and associate your Pro license.
• Display name — used for personalization within the app.
• Profile picture URL — used to display your avatar in the app.

1.2 Payment Data (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase a Pro license:

• Your payment details (credit card number, expiration date, etc.) are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, store, or have access to your full card details.
• We receive a confirmation of payment, your email address, and a Stripe customer ID to activate your license.

1.3 License Data (Cloudflare KV)

Upon purchase, we store the following in Cloudflare KV (a server-side key-value store):

• Your email address
• A generated license key
• Purchase timestamp

This data is used solely for license verification.

1.4 Local Storage (Your Device)

All data in localStorage and IndexedDB remains on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authentication: To sign you in and identify your account.
• License management: To verify your Pro license status.
• Communication: To respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Analytics

As of the last update of this policy, DevFrame does not use any analytics or tracking services. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and notify users. Any analytics we adopt will be privacy-respecting and will not involve selling data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Google Sign-In — Authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — Hosting and license storage. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

• License data (email, license key) is retained in Cloudflare KV for as long as the Service is operational or until you request deletion.
• Local data (localStorage, IndexedDB) persists on your device until you clear it manually.
• Stripe retains payment records according to their own retention policy and legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data from our systems (Cloudflare KV). Note that this will revoke your Pro license.
• Clear local data at any time by clearing your browser's storage for devframe.app.
• Withdraw consent by signing out and discontinuing use of the Service.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant Stripe infrastructure.
• Server-side data access is restricted to essential operations only.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
